Bayside City Council’s Annual Community Grants Program 2013-2014

Council’s Annual Community Grants Program is currently open tonot-for-profit organisations to apply for Council funding to support initiatives which strengthen and enrich community life.

Applications for Council’s annual Community Grants Program will be considered for initiatives which strengthen and enrich community life.

Grants of up to $5,000 are available for initiatives that meet the objectives of the Bayside Community Grants Policy, particularly:

• To assist community organisations to establish, extend and improve programs and services that address local needs
• To encourage voluntary activity, community participation and the contribution of local groups and organisations to community life
• To promote community development and build social capital
• To encourage innovative approaches to emerging issues and needs.

Applications must be submitted via the Community Grants Program online. Applications will close at 5pm Friday 31 May 2013.
